OSIM now controls 81.22% of Global Active

OSIM International, which made an exit offer to shareholders with an intention to take the company private, said the offer closed yesterday with valid acceptances amounting to about 14.04 per cent of Global Active. Prior to that offer, OSIM had already owned about 67.17 per cent of Global Active. OSIM said it now owns 81.22 per cent of Global Active.
