Osim's Global stake hits 66.71%

OSIM'S mandatory cash offer for Global Active (GA) shares at 23 cents apiece closed yesterday with Osim's total interest in Global Active reaching 66.71 per cent. Osim said that since the offer was announced on March 2, it had received acceptances representing about 25.86 per cent of Global Active as well as acquiring shares on the open market. After the close of the offer yesterday, Serene Tan, who gave notice in January that she was quitting as GA's chief operating officer, finally left the company and quit as a director.
