Osim's holding in Global Active raised to 66.26%

HEALTHCARE products company Osim International on Tuesday again increased its shareholding in Global Active, this time from 66.20 per cent to 66.26 per cent. Osim picked up 32,000 Global Active shares from the market paying 23 cents a share and 96,00 shares from the acceptance of its mandatory conditional offer. With this, Osim's shareholding in Global Active has increased from 158.89 million shares to 159.01 million shares. This includes 97.87 million shares of Global Active owned or agreed to be acquired by Osim and acceptances of Osim's offer for a total of 61.14 million shares, both as at Tuesday.
