Osim increases stake in Global Active to 66.2%

The Business Times OSIM International is continuing to increase its stake in Global Active. On Monday, the company bought about a million Global Active shares. It picked up 182,000 shares from the market at 22.99 cents each and got 824,800 shares from acceptance of its mandatory conditional offer. With the purchase, Osim's stake has inched up by 0.42 per cent from 65.78 per cent to 66.20 per cent which translates to 158.89 million shares.
