Global Active COO sells her entire stake to Osim

GLOBAL Active chief operating officer Serene Tan, who has given notice of her intention to resign, has sold her entire 10.38 per cent stake to Osim International. The company announced yesterday that she had accepted Osim's mandatory conditional cash offer for Global Active. Her 24,906,000 shares were sold for 23 cents each.
