Novena plans bonus issue

FURNITURE maker and retailer Novena Holdings Ltd plans to issue one new share for every four shares owned. About $3 million will be capitalised from the share premium and accumulated profit accounts of the company due to the bonus issue, which represents 25 per cent of its existing issued capital.
