ISDN issues 24m new shares to raise $11m

ISDN Holdings has issued 24 million new shares at 48 cents a share to raise $11 million. The issue represents 13.1 per cent of the enlarged capital. ISDN said among the subscribers is a prominent Middle-East investor, Mubarak Ahmad Mohd Bin Fahad, who has taken up 10.4 per cent of the placement.
