ISDN Hldgs acquires 33.33% stake in IDI

ISDN Holdings Limited has acquired 33.33 per cent stake in IDI Laser Services Pte Ltd by subscribing to 500,015 shares for $700,000 in cash. IDI provides laser cutting services and products, import and export of laser equipment and optical products. The investment will be funded by internal resources.
