Hyflux gain down 87% at $1.2m

WATER treatment specialist Hyflux has recorded an 87 per cent fall in profit to $1.2 million.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 dived 60 per cent to $13.4 million. The company stopped recording engineering, procurement and construction revenues under SinoSpring as it raised its stake in the subsidiary to 80 per cent.

Earnings per share were 0.24 cent, down from 1.86 cents. Net asset value per share was 39.9 cents, up from 38.8 cents as at Dec 31.
