Hyflux unit gets 25-yr Hebei concession

HYFLUX Utility, a wholly owned unit of Sinospring Utility, a 50 per cent joint venture of Hyflux Ltd, has been granted a 25-year concession for wastewater treatment and recycling in China's Hebei Province.
