Hyflux seeks 5-year US$100m loan

The Business Times HYFLUX Ltd said it has mandated BNP Paribas and DBS Bank to arrange a five-year US$100 million syndicated loan facility. It will use the facility to fund its water projects in the pipeline and other investments, as well as to refinance existing borrowings and for working capital. The facility, which will be underwritten by the two banks, is subject to the final approval of Hyflux's board. |
