Hyflux in shareholder deal with RB (Labuan)

HYFLUX Ltd has reached a shareholder agreement with RB (Labuan) Ltd under which each will take a 50 per cent equity interest in SinoSpring Utility Ltd, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. SinoSpring's primary business is to invest in water projects in China.

RB (Labuan) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ramatex Berhad, one of the largest textile manufacturing companies in Malaysia listed on the Malaysian stock exchange.
