HG METAL announced the lease of a 100,000 sq ft plot in Jurong for use as an additional manufacturing facility and warehouse. It plans to invest at least $6.9 million on the property within three years. The land has a 28-year lease starting in March. HG Metal expects to pay about $546,044 annually to lease the land.
