HG Metal director ups stake to 2.59% from 2.36%May 01, 2004The Business Times ONE of HG Metal Manufacturing's non-executive directors, Sia Ling Sing, yesterday bought 300,000 shares from the open market at 36 cents apiece. The purchase raised her direct stake in the stockist and manufacturer of steel products to 2.59 per cent, or 3.43 million shares, from 2.36 per cent. Shares of HG Metal yesterday closed one cent higher at 37 cents.
