MR TAN CHAN TOO - Executive Chairman
Mr Tan Chan Too, Executive Chairman is one of the three founders of the Group. He has more than 30 years of experience in the steel industry. He is responsible for the overall strategy and business direction of the Group and is also actively involved in the trading business of the Group.

MR WEE PIEW - Chief Executive Officer
Mr Wee Piew, Chief Executive Officer, oversees the overall operations of the Group, primarily in the areas of finance, corporate affairs and investor relationships. He has more than 10 years of experience in banking and finance prior to joining HG Metal. Mr Wee has a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from the National University of Singapore. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. Mr Wee is a member of the nominating committeee.

MR LEE LENG LOKE - Executive Director
Mr Lee Leng Loke, Executive Director, is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Oriental Metals, the Group's manufacturing arm. He has more than 20 years of experience in the steel industry. Mr Lee is a member of the Singapore Metals and Machinery Association. He received a Diploma in Business Administration from the then National Productivity Board in 1987 and was also awarded an Advancement Professional Diploma in Business Innovation by the Leeds Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom in July 2000.

MR TAN AH BEE - Executive Director
Mr Tan Ah Bee, Executive Director, one of the three founders of the Group, has more than 30 years of experience in the steel industry. He is an active member of the Board of Directors.

MR SIA LING SING - Non Executive Director
Mr Sia Ling Sing, Non-Executive Director, was appointed to the Board in July 2003. Mr Sia is the Managing Director of the Lingco Group of companies, which are involved in shipbuilding and ship chartering. He is a businessman with more than 30 years of experience in the shipping industry.

MR GUI KIM YOUNG @ GUI KIM GAN - Independent Director
Mr Gui Kim Young @ Gui Kim Gan, Independent Director, is currently the partner of an accounting firm. Mr Gui currently also acts as Independent Director of three other listed companies. Mr Gui has more than 30 years of experience in accounting, audit and tax. He graduated from the then Nanyang University with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1973. He is a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and a fellow member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. Mr Gui is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee.

MR OOI SENG SOON - Independent Director
Mr Ooi Seng Soon, Independent Director,has more than 20 years of experience in banking and finance. He is currently an Independent Director of another listed company. He graduated from the then University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1971. Mr Ooi is the Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.

MR POON HON THANG - Independent Director
Mr Samuel Poon, Independent director, is ex-banker with experience that spans almost three decades in the financial industry. From 1979 ti 1988, he served at Citibank NA (Singapore), responsible for credit, marketingm remedial management and structured finance. Mr Poon was the Senior Executive Vice President at United Overseas Bank Ltd.("UOB") where he had been involved in corporate banking, corporate finance to branch and consumer banking. He retired from UOB in 2006 after almost two decades of service. He had held directorships in various UOB's associated companies and subsidiaries. He is currently an Independent Director of another listed company. He graduated from the then Nanyang University of Singapore with a Bachelor's in Business Administration (1st Class Honours) in 1972. Mr Poon is member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
