Cosco unit's order book tops $1.6b

KIM ENG Research notes that Cosco Corp's marine unit, CSG, now has an order book of US$1.1 billion (S$1.67 billion), after securing a rig contract worth as much as US$170 million.

'We believe that Cosco will continue to announce a significant number of new orders in the coming months, as it takes on more such jobs, with its capacity set to increase from its expansion in Zhoushan and other shipyards.'
