Vertically Integrated Manufacturing Process
We manufacture about 90% of the components required for the manufacture of our stamping machines in-house. This allows us to react quickly to changes in demands, as we are able to tailor our stamping machines and related components to incorporate features in demand or to increase the production of models in demand.

Wide Sales & Marketing Network
We have more than 340 sales agents marketing our products in the Pearl River Delta region, which includes Guangdong and Fujian; the Yangtze River Delta region, which includes Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shanghai; Jiangxi; Bohai Bay Area, which includes Shandong, Jingjintang and Dongbei; the Hunan and Hubei region; Chongqing, which includes Sichuan; Beijing; and Anhui.

Experienced and Skilled Technical Team
We have an experienced technical team comprising approximately 17 technical personnel with an average of eight years’ experience. We are able to provide round-the-clock technical support to our customers. Our technical team has assisted in improving our production capabilities, which enable us to become even more cost-efficient while enhancing product quality.

Experienced Management Team
Our CEO, Mr Shao Jian Jun, has approximately 30 years of experience in the stamping machine industry and has played a key role in the different aspects of operations including production, technical development and sales. Our Executive Directors and key executives have a combined industry experience of approximately 60 years of experience.

Our Brand
The AOTU Trademark has been recognised as one of the “Branded Products of Shanghai” by the Shanghai City Branded Products Promotion Committee annually from 1999 to 2003, while the World Trademark has gained increasing market recognition since we began selling our stamping machines under the World Trademark in 2001. Our Group has also obtained the Top 500 enterprises in 2006 for our excellent achievements over the years.

Strategic Location
Our production operations are carried out at our Danyang plant, which is strategically located in Danyang City, Jiangsu Province, PRC, where many companies in the manufacturing industry are located. Danyang City’s developed transportation network has also allowed for prompt delivery of our products to our customers and cost savings in delivery cost. In addition, our proximity to numerous manufacturing companies located in Jiangsu Province, PRC, will provide us with opportunities to expand our customer base.

We place great emphasis on product quality in our manufacturing processes. Our quality management system has been ISO9001:2000 accredited and our products have been named “Jiangsu Trustworthy Quality Products”. To improve our sales and after-sales services, majority of our sales representatives and sales agents are located in proximity to our customers and they are equipped with the requisite technical knowledge to provide quality advices including servicing and repair services to our clients.
