Bright World is a manufacturer of stamping machines and its related components, which include machinery parts and accessories as well as resin-casted components. It manufactures a variety of stamping machines and its related components to meet different needs of its customers. The company also offers customised manufacture of stamping machines and related components based on customers' specifications.

Integrated production facilities

All our current manufacturing facilities are carried out in our plant at Danyang City, Jiangsu Province. The plant has a gross production area of approximately 130,000 sq metres and 2,000 employees.

Having such an integrated facility allows us to have better control over the quality of our end products, as we are able to do our QA/QC checks over the different stages of production. We are thus able to reduce our cost of production by sharing overheads across different processes. Besides, we do not have to purchase third-party components (except for electrical fittings) and are thus better able to enhance our margins.

With the integration of manufacturing facilities, 90% of the components are produced in-house. And this vertical integration assures customers of timely response to their requirements and enables cost competitiveness to the Group.

Quality assurance

The Group has more than 30 quality assurance personnel to conduct quality checks on all products manufactured and oversee the implementation of quality controls at every stage of the production process.
