BH Global acquires Chinese company

BH Global Marine, a procurement specialist for marine products, achieved a milestone in its plan to penetrate the China marine market with the acquisition of Yorkshire Marine & Offshore and its marine equipment distributorships, agency contracts and China customer contracts for S$700,000.

Yorkshire's current order book of around S$2.3 million comes from shipyards in China.

BH Global's three new distributorships acquired via Yorkshire are for European marine equipment.
