Are there synergies for Singapore from Malaysia's South Johor project? What role do you see your organisation, and Singapore firms generally, playing in the development of this project?

ALTHOUGH Singapore and Malaysia are totally different countries, the language, culture and legal system are similar and social and economic links are strong. Malaysia used to be the first favoured country of Singapore SMEs going regional. Singapore had been among Malaysia's top foreign investors. The Malaysia South Johor project will definitely benefit Malaysians and Singaporeans. For Best World, Malaysia used to be our biggest export market. The bloom of Malaysia's economy would further help our business there.
