Best World IPO shares priced at 30

HEALTH and lifestyle products distributor Best World International
is selling 28 million shares at 30 cents each for a Sesdaq listing.
The Singapore-based company's offer comprises 25 million new shares
and 3 million vendor shares. The issue includes 2.8 million shares
for public offer.
Best World expects to raise net proceeds of $6.5 million from the
sale of new shares, of which $2 million will be used for regional
expansion and $1 million to fund a joint venture in China. The offer
closes on July 6.
