2006
Acquisition of an additional 5.69% equity interest in Chongqing Yujiankou Hydroelectricity Co., Ltd, thereby increasing effective equity interest to 31.6%.
Leibo Municipal Government of China granted the Group the right to develop the Huzhu hydropower electricity generation plant and the Xisujiao hydropower electricity generation plant.
Incorporation of Asia Power (Leibo) Hydroelectricity Co., Ltd through Asia Hydropower Investment Pte Ltd. Asia Hydropower Investment Pte Ltd and Asia Power (Neijiang) Hydroelectricity Co., Ltd each has equity interest of 55% and 20% in Asia Power (Leibo) Hydroelectricity Co., Ltd respectively. Group’s effective interest is 67%.
Disposal of 35% equity interest in Shenzhen NARI Technologies Co., Ltd for a cash consideration of approximately RMB146.3 million, registering a gain of S$11.3 million.
Acquisition of a 60% issued share capital of Rich Bvild Investments Limited for RMB42 million. Rich Bvild Investments Limited, in turn, holds 100% equity interest in JAZ Technology Development (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd..
Acquisition of a 24.9% equity interest in Tian Quan River Energy Development Co. ("Shi Yang"), Ltd and a 9.3% equity interest in Si Chuan Jia Jiang Qian Fo Yan Hydroelectricity Co., Ltd.
Entered into a development agreement with the Yunnan Linchang Municipal Government of the PRC and was granted the rights to develop up to 28 hydropower electricity generation plants across Yunnan province Lin Chang City, PRC.

Incorporation of Asia Power (Yunxian) Hydroelectricity Co., Ltd. The Company has 55% equity interest in Yunxian while JAZ Technology Development (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd has another 15%.

Asia Power (Yunxian) Hydroelectricity Co., Ltd. was incorporated to undertake the development of the Baishui hydropower electricity generation plant and the Waqiao hydropower electricity generation plant, both along Nayu River in Yunnan province, PRC.

Disposal of 33.3% equity interest of Shanghai Witlong Electric Co., Ltd to Tasa International Limited for RMB3,288,507.

Incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Asia Power (Chengdu) Investment Management Co., Ltd in Chengdu province, PRC.
   
2005

Asia Power (Neijiang) Hydroelectricity Co., Ltd. ("Neijiang") acquired 30% stake in Si Chuan Anning River Energy Development Co., Ltd. ("Anning River") Investment was subsequently increased to 35%, which resulted in Neijiang becoming the largest shareholder of Anning River and has significant control over Anning River.

Commencement of operation of Si Chuan Anning River Energy Development Co., Ltd’s 52-megawatt Sankeshu hydropower station.
Divestment of 70% equity interest in Asia Wind Power (Mudanjiang) Co., Ltd in the second half of FY2005, due to escalating operational and construction costs incurred from the delay in commencement of operation. The Group announced the intention of this joint venture investment in January 2005. S$4.8 million was also raised through a private placement to partially finance the proposed investment. The disposal recorded a gain of S$2.3 million.
Acquisition of 25.9% equity interest in Chongqing Yujiankou Hydroelectricity Co., Ltd. FY2005 was the first full year of operation in Chongqing Yujiankou.

Heilongjiang Asiapower Xinbao Heating & Power Co., Ltd entered into agreements to acquire heat pipes and other related assets and liabilities, allowing Xinbao to supply heat directly to industrial and residential users without middleman fees.

Change in focus of business and investment strategy from large coal-fired cogeneration power plants and oil-fired combined-cycle peaking plants to renewable, clean and green energy sources, such as wind and hydropower power plants.

Acquisition of 33.3% equity interest in Shanghai Witlong Electric Co., Ltd in Pudong New Area, Shanghai.

Disposal of 17% equity interest in Shenzhen NARI Technologies Co., Ltd to strategic investors by Asia Technologies Limited.
Enlargement of registered capital of Heilongjiang Asia Power Xinbao Heating & Power Co., Ltd from RMB116 million to RMB126 million.
Acquisition of 30% equity interest in Sichuan Anning River Energy Development Co., Ltd, which undertakes the development and construction of the Sankeshu hydropower station in Sichuan Province.
Asia Power entered into an agreement to take up a 35% stake in Sichuan Maoergai Hydropower Development Co., Ltd.
Incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary: Asia Power (Shanghai) Management Consulting Co., Ltd in Shanghai, China.
Disposal of 40% of Asia Power (Neijiang) Hydroelectricity Co., Ltd to Neijiang Xingyuan Electric Power Co., Ltd. Acquisition of 35% equity interest in Shenzhen NARI Technologies Co., Ltd from Asia Technologies Limited pursuant to an internal restructuring plan, as well as the subsequent voluntary winding up of Asia Technologies Limited.
   
2001
Capital restructuring of Changzhou Changya Electric Power Co., Ltd. As a result, the company was renamed: Changzhou Suyuan Electric Power Co., Ltd, which expanded its total installed capacity by acquiring another peaking power plant in Yangzhou, China.

Acquisition of 61% equity interest in Asia Technologies Ltd, which owned 52% of Shenzhen NARI Technologies Co., Ltd at the time.
