Over the years, our Company has exhibited the ability to innovate to distinguish ourselves from our competition. For Sakae Sushi, we adopted a simple two-tier sushi price structure to provide customers with a hassle-free way of keeping track of their bills. We also use sushi rice enriched with Vitamin E instead of the usual vinegared rice.
With the creative gene embedded in everyone in our team, we are able to spin off new brands year after yearOur success stories include Crepes and Cream, Sakae Teppanyaki, Sakae@Campus and many more. Such innovations has generated continued interest among our customers and contributed to a healthy bottomline.

Interactive
Menu
Our Company has installed interactive menu systems where customers can view the illustration and description of each item before placing their orders directly with the kitchen. The ease of ordering via the interactive menu system has increased our efficiency by reducing our serving time. We have also installed point-of-sales systems in our Sakae Sushi restaurants to integrate our front-end and back-end operations, reducing operating costs for our Sakae Sushi restaurants.
Our ability to respond quickly to business opportunities
We are quick to identify and respond to changes in market demands and business opportunities. Being one of the pioneers setting up a mass market, kaiten style sushi restaurant in Singapore has given us the first-mover advantage to step up the expansion of our Sakae Sushi chain. We are also fast in identifying, securing and setting up operations at strategic locations for our F&B outlets worldwide.
Our Company is also quick in identifying and capitalising on the local and overseas markets with growth potential. Our targeted overseas markets for our F&B, franchising, food processing, catering and trading businesses include countries in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
Our ability to create scalable F&B franchising concepts
In our relatively short history, our Company has produced several F&B franchising concepts, including Sakae Sushi and Crepes & Cream, which are scalable and can be easily replicated and franchised to parties in many countries and/or territories. These concepts have already been franchised, with F&B outlets set up in Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines. The success of our franchises can be attributed to the systems and processes set up to ensure the smooth running of our F&B operations and that the level and standard of our services and products are consistent and reliable.
