HAPPY 25th anniversary Changi Airport!

As a little boy growing up in Changi, I still clearly remember the time when news of the airport shifting from Paya Lebar created a big stir in this part of the island. When the airport was completed and opened to the public, throngs of people went to see and marvel at the magnificent and beautiful complex. Very quickly over the years, Terminal 2 opened and yet there was a lot of improvement done to Terminal 1 to make it relevant.

For the last eight years, due to our expansion plans into the global market place, Changi Airport became almost like a second home. During school days, I remember fondly visiting the airport for group studies.

I really love Changi Airport, for it is continuously innovating and making everyone feel so pleasant when you touch down, whether from a long haul or short flight. This magic touch has been there and enhanced through the years. With this drive and passion to constantly change ! to remain relevant to passengers, Changi Airport will see many more good years ahead.
