(b) Expand on existing product range and strengthening market awareness of our products
We intend to develop new products that will add to our existing range of IT products. This will also enable us to remain relevant and competitive in the IT products and semiconductor industry. Further, we intend to engage in marketing activities to promote customer awareness of our “Advance Modules”, “AM Plus+” and “AMV” brands and establish ourselves and our brands as synonymous with quality products.
(c) Expand upstream into IC packaging
We are expanding upstream into IC packaging which is a component of memory modules. By doing so, we will become less reliant on packaged IC suppliers and we will be able to control the quality of the ICs used in our memory modules and hence maintain a high standard of quality control over our products.
(d) Explore Acquisitions, Strategic Alliances and/or Joint Ventures
Although we have not identified any acquisition targets at present, nor are under any negotiations or preliminary discussions with any companies for acquisition, we will continue to identify and develop strategic alliances, joint ventures and other new opportunities that will give us access to new markets and to further improve our technological capabilities. We plan to pursue opportunities with strategic partners for the production of memory modules and complementary products in the memory products industry.
