Michael Tang Vee Mun
Chairman/Independent Director

Mr Michael Tang Vee Mun joined the Board on 2 August 2005 and was appointed as the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Group on 19 December 2005. He was last reelected
as a director on 12 June 2006 and will seek re-election at the Company’s forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2007. Michael has experience in various business sectors including wholesaling and retailing, manufacturing, engineering, real property development and investment, independent power generation, insurance broking and legal practice. He currently sits on the board of directors of several companies. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London and is a Barrister-at-Law of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, London.

Vincent Tan Hian chong
Group Managing Director

Mr Vincent Tan Hian Chong, appointed to the board on 24 December 2004 is the founder and Group Managing Director of Advance Modules Group Limited. He will be subject to retirement and will seek re-election at the Company’s forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2007. Mr Tan heads the overall management and operations of the Group. He is also an Executive Director of Pen-Interconnect, a company involved in the trading of computer and computer parts. Mr. Vincent Tan holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Economics specializing in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, University of London. He does not hold any directorship in other listed companies presently and over the preceding three years.

Hee Woon Loong
Executive Director

Mr Hee Woon Loong was appointed to the Board as an Executive Director on 2 August 2005 and was last re-elected as a director on 12 June 2006. He joined the Group as the Sales and Marketing Manager of Advance Modules Sdn Bhd in 2000. His principal duties and responsibilities include developing and adopting marketing strategies for the Company in the Malaysian market as well as ensuring that the marketing and sales department of Advance Modules Sdn Bhd conforms to our Group’s quality system procedures. Mr. Hee holds a Diploma in Business Accounting from London Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He does not hold any directorship in other listed companies presently and over the preceding three years.

Choo Sam Po
Executive Director

Mr Choo Sam Po is the Group Information Technology Director and was appointed to the Board as an Executive Director on 2 August 2005. He was last re-elected as a director on 12 June 2006. Mr Choo has a multi-disciplined background in Civil Engineering and Information Technology. He is a professional consulting engineer registered with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia and a member of The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia. He has been involved in the construction industry since 1995, with extensive experience in the design, management and implementation of major engineering projects in Malaysia. Mr Choo holds a First Class Bachelors Degree (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University Teknologi Malaysia, and a Masters of Science in Computing from The Imperial College, University of London. He does not hold any directorship in other listed companies presently and over the preceding three years.

Low Peng Lum
Non-Executive Director

Mr Low Peng Lum was appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 2 August 2005 and has been a director of the Group’s subsidiary, Advance Modules Sdn Bhd since November 1999. He was last re-elected as a Director on 12 June 2006. He previously served the Malaysian Industrial Development Authority (MIDA), an agency of the Malaysian Government and has held positions as Director of the Malaysian Investment Centre in Düsseldorf, Germany; Director of the Investment Promotion Division; Director of Planning, Research and International Cooperation Division and Director of Tariff Division. Mr Low holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Economics with Business Administration from the University of Malaya. He does not hold any directorship in other listed companies presently and over the preceding three years.

Chua Beng Huat
Independent Director

Mr Chua Beng Huat has been an Independent Director of Advance Modules Group Limited since 2 August 2005 and was last re-elected as a Director of the Group on 12 June 2006. He has stepped down from Chairman of Audit Committee on 26 March 2007 but remains as a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nominating Committee. Mr Chua has more than 10 years’ experience in financial management, banking and investment consultancy. He was previously a Director of Medtecs International Corp Ltd, Asia Tiger Group Limited, Asia Silk Holdings Limited and Zhongguo Jilong Limited but does not hold any directorship in other listed companies presently. Mr Chua graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Economics) from the National University of Singapore in 1989.

Wee Liang Hiam
Independent Director

Mr Wee Liang Hiam joined the Board as an Independent Director on 12 June 2006 and was appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee on 27 March 2007. He will be subject to retirement and will seek reelection at the Company’s forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2007. Mr. Wee has extensive experience in various industries and business environments having involved with various successful merger and acquisition activities through the various stages from evaluation to the integration of the merged entities, including successfully leading companies to listing in the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange. Mr Wee holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the Singapore Institute of Management, a Masters in Business Administration from the Nanyang Technological University, a Bachelor of Business Administration Honours degree from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma in Education from National University of Singapore. Mr Wee is an ordinary member of Singapore Institute of Management and a non-practising member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore, CPA. Mr Wee holds a Master in Business Administration (Accountancy) from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours, from
National University of Singapore. He does not hold any directorship in other listed companies
presently and over the preceding three years.
