SPH chairman bought 50,000 shares

THE chairman of Singapore Press Holdings (SPH), Dr Tony Tan, bought 50,000 shares of the company yesterday.

His purchase was made through SkyVen Growth Opportunities Fund. Dr Tan paid $2.65 per share, or about $132,500 in total.

His indirect stake now stands at 600,000 shares, or 0.038 per cent of SPH, while his direct stake remains at 0.015 per cent.
